意外とみられている！？ ハンドケアで手元美人♪

あなたの手は何歳に見えるでしょうか？
どんなにお肌をお手入れしてメイクアップしていても、手元を見れば年齢がわかるといわれるほど、手は重要なパーツです。
冬の乾燥、アルコール消毒の影響による手荒れや、老け手に悩んでいる方も多いのではないでしょうか。
悩んでいるにも関わらず意外と見られている手。
今回は自宅で簡単にできるセルフハンドケアのご紹介をしたいと思います。

自宅で簡単にできるセルフハンドケア

ハンドケアというと、ハンドクリームを塗って済ませてしまう人も多いと思いますが、
手も顔と同じように、まずは化粧水を手全体になじませてから、ハンドクリームでうるおいを閉じ込めてあげましょう。
手の血行をよくするためにハンドマッサージもおすすめです。
手の甲や指を優しくさすったり、指の間を親指でゆっくり指圧してみましょう。
特に乾燥が気になるときのスペシャルケアとして、ハンドケア用の手袋を使っての保湿も効果的です。
洗った清潔な手に植物性オイルを塗り、ハンドクリーム、白色ワセリンの順になじませ、手袋をはめます。その上に蒸しタオルをかぶせて、約10分間放置したらできあがりです。

お手入れで、ネイルサロンのネイルが更に綺麗に！

お金と時間をかけてサロンで綺麗にしてもらったお気に入りのネイル。
せっかくなら、最大限に綺麗に見せられたら嬉しいですね。
手は水分と油分、どちらかのバランスが崩れてしまうと、手のしわや乾燥ささくれ、爪がかけやすくなったり二枚爪の原因になったりもします。
ハンドケアをすることで、これらを防ぐとともに、手の血行も良くなって、手全体に透明感がでます。勿論、ネイルの見栄えも段違いに。オシャレが更に楽しくなってしまいます！
