知っておきたい 残暑のスキンケア

朝夕は涼しくなりましたが、昼間は強い日差しを感じて汗をかくこともしばしば。ゆらぎやすい時期になって来ました。
夏受けた紫外線ダメージが肌に現れていませんか?初秋に感じやすい肌ダメージをチェックしましょう!

シミ・そばかすが気になる
春先から夏まで、たっぷり浴び続けてきた紫外線ダメージが、肌表面に現れているかもしれません。そばかすの数が増えたり、シミが濃く、大きく広がっていたら要注意です。

肌のごわつきが気になる
汗っぽい肌から一転して、なめらかさを失い、肌がごわごわとした感触になっていませんか?
化粧品で整えてもすぐに乾いたり、乾燥しているのに表面は油っぽく感じたり…。

肌の透明感が感じられない
夏から秋にかけては、メラニンの蓄積、血流の低下、キメの乱れによってくすみを引き起こしがちです。

9月のお手入れテクニック!

血流を改善し、ターンオーバーを促す
洗顔後に蒸しタオルで肌を温めて、ホッと一息つきましょう。血流がよくなり、ターンオーバーのサイクルもスムーズに。蒸気で肌が柔らかくなり、スキンケアのなじみもアップ。
一緒に首を温めれば、更にリラックスできますよ。

タオルは水で濡らしてくるくると巻き、ラップで包んでから500~600Wで30~60秒ほど
温めましょう。タオルを顔の上に広げて1分温めます。これを2回くり返すと効果的です。
※熱すぎないよう、温度には注意してください。

保湿しながらマッサージ
お手入れの時、乳液やクリームをいつもより多めにつけて、乾燥しがちな肌にうるおいを蓄えましょう。マッサージしながらなじませれば、血の巡りもよくなります。
顔全体になじませてから、指の腹でやさしく円を描くように行いましょう。

1. 頬を指全体で持ち上げるように大きく円を描きます。
2. 口角を中指・薬指を使って引き上げます。
3. 小鼻のわきを引き上げます。
4. 額は眉から生え際へ引き上げるように、指全体で大きく円を描きます。
5. 目の周りは、顔の中心から外側へ中指・薬指を使ってやさしく円を描きます。
6. 最後にこめかみを押し、耳の後ろへと指を滑らせます。

まだまだ紫外線が強い日が続きます。行楽シーズンでもありますので、油断は大敵です。
UVケアも忘れずに続けて、肌にダメージを残さないようにしましょう。
