美容にも最適な 「りんご」

「1日1個のりんごは医者を遠ざける」というイギリスのことわざを知っていますか？
りんごには、生活習慣病の予防や高血圧に効果のある「食物繊維」や「カリウム」など、たくさんの栄養素が詰まっています。
勿論、美容にも最適な食べ物です！りんごの旬は秋のイメージがありますが、品種や産地によって異なります。
代表的なりんごの「ふじ」の収穫時期は、10月下旬から12月頃で、まさに今がシーズンです！

りんごは品種ごとに異なった味わいを楽しむことができます。

ふじ
シャキシャキの食感で、甘みが強く食味がとても良いりんごです。

紅将軍（べにしょうぐん）
「ふじ」の枝変わりの品種です。ジューシーで甘さと酸味のバランスが良いりんごです。

王林（おうりん）
甘くてジューシーなりんごです。酸味が少なくて甘さが強く、独特の甘い香りがします。

シナノゴールド
甘酸っぱくてジューシーなりんごです。味が濃くて酸味がやや強いです。

つがる
すごく甘くてジューシーなりんごです。糖度が12〜13.5％に達するほどで、弱い酸が甘味を引き立てます。

秋から冬にかけての長い期間、りんごは「旬」の食材として様々な味を楽しむことができます。
生食の他に、ジュースや調理して美味しさを楽しむ品種もありますので、調べて購入するのも楽しみの一つです！
旬で栄養たっぷりのりんごを食べて、健康な体を目指しましょう。
